The moment Kenji steps into the East Wing, the subtitle becomes literal: Akuma ni Tsukareta – he is already possessed. The gameplay is not about escape, but about trying to retain his last shreds of humanity while the demon forces him to relive his wife’s death in increasingly grotesque iterations. Unlike typical survival horror where you fight back, Youmuin – The Nightmaretaker strips all combat.
