Compare the hardware version. On the sticker at the bottom of your router, look for "Hardware Version: V1.0," "V2.0," etc. Download only the firmware matching that version. Identify your ISP
Type "VN020-F3" into the search box. Ensure you select the exact model. Do not confuse it with VN020-F6 or VN020-F12. look for "Hardware Version: V1.0
