So, take a deep breath. Take off your armor. And come as you are.

Spend a full weekend day naked. Clean the house naked. Cook breakfast naked. Look at yourself in the mirror while brushing your teeth. Say out loud: "This is my body right now. It is neither good nor bad. It just is."

Do not go to a random beach. Use reputable resources like the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR) or INF to find a "clothing-optional" resort or a landed club. These places have strict rules against photography, leering, and sexual behavior. They are safer than a public pool.
