This is the grey area. You are supposed to dump your own game cartridges/discs. Realistically, students download ROMs from sites like Internet Archive or Vimm’s Lair . In RetroArch, go to Settings > Video > Output. Set Threaded Video to ON. Set Vsync to OFF (reduces lag). Set resolution to 1x (native).
