Fix: This is a memory access violation. Restart OMSI 2 immediately and set your "Max Tex Memory (MB)" in the graphics settings to between 1024 and 2048. Do not use "4000" as OMSI 2 cannot handle it.

Do NOT run an .exe file (unless explicitly trusted). Repacks are usually just .zip or .7z folders. Extract them to a temporary desktop folder.
